The cold morning kept me home. Fortunately I received an early birthday gift from Judy and Russell. It’s a nice well protected handlebar camera. I spent the morning getting to know it.

Once the sun came out I started with the Water Toy Assembly. Then I’ve Chest Cleaning and finally old Speakers disposal.

03/30/26 – Freeway Mavericks

12 mile loop with 1.5 hours at the bridge.

03/29/26 – Tinkering on the Trike

I attached the work shop stool to the trike so I can take it to the bridge rally tomorrow.

03/22/26 – Organizing the Work Shop

Ammar and KK came over to give me a hand getting stuff out of the storage shed. Now that I can walk better i want to do stuff.

I can get around so much better. I went out. Bought Materials. Tinkered in the shade.

It was a beautiful day. I chose to challenge my body and climb to Brand Park Library. I felt good so I kept climbing. I made to where Kenneth ends at Glenoaks. I’d not been this far north and visited the St. Leon Cathedral. It was the perfect place to rest and reflect.

I’m feeling good. I wore myself out today. I will ride again tomorrow.

Tuesday, February 10, 2026 – 14 miles 1.5 hours of nonstop pedaling. I wore myself out since rain is coming again.

Saturday, February 7, 2026 – The warm weather got me too hot. I live in a great area of the greater Los Angeles area. I spent 25 years going to Gordon Biersch after work. It’s still too sad to talk about it.

It felt good seeing people out and about on this glorious day.

Friday, February 6, 2026 – This is my first post. I got MS in 2013 I was 44. MS altered my life’s path. I do not accept failure. I lost my balance completely due to the MS. This is my biggest challenge. The trike riding has helped me improve my brain’s communication with my body to where I can stand and walk like I am drunk. It’s a good place to be with Multiple Sclerosis many have it worse. My heart breaks.

I’ve been doing pools since my days at USC, 1992. I am good with numbers and graphics. Running a pool comes easy to me. Ask for a FREE BOGO square.

I’ve recently started videoing my rides thanks to Paul Venus’ gift of a GoPro MAX. For music mixing I use Algoriddim DJay Pro App.
